You can use this website without disclosing your personal data. The provision of personal information is not a condition for using this website, except when the data are required to purchase tickets or to register for a hot air balloon flight. If you do not provide the necessary personal data, you will not be able to carry out the purchase process and we will not be able to provide services to you.   • other data related to the use of services, such as data collected using cookies and similar technologies related to internet browsing, etc.;
  • other data that are collected based on your consent and that are defined in detail at the time when your consent is requested.

How long do we store your data? 

Collected personal data are stored in printed documents and in our information systems. We protect your personal data for a period provided for by legislation or based on the purposes of data processing, if the legislation provides for a lengthier data storage period. Personal data are normally stored as long as reasonable claims may arise out of contractual relations. Personal data which are no longer required will be destroyed. We store your data so that if required, we are able to provide you with the requested information, have appropriate history of our relationship with you, and can answer all questions related to our mutual cooperation.

All your personal data are stored in the system as long as the period of use of the service is valid and for at least 6 months as of the date of use of the service.
